House 2 is 31 Newland Park Drive off University Road less than 5 minutes walk from campus and the supermarket.

It was largely refurbished a few years ago with new laminate flooring in the sitting room, and new carpets in bedrooms. It has a very large garden ideal for revision and barbecues in the summer, off street parking and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

There is a bath/shower room with separate wc upstairs and a separate wc downstairs. The four beds are doubles. 

It used to be let to 5 people, so now as a four has a "spare" small room upstairs. One year it was let to a group who didn't even go upstairs based on location and first impression alone. Since then it has been completely refurbished.

It has an impressive eat in kitchen with laminate floor, modern units, fridge freezer, dishwasher, etc. Front and back gardens and off street parking, two modern bath/shower rooms and all bedrooms have double beds.

It has gone to the first group to see it every year that we can remember.

It is very similar to house one with an impressive eat in kitchen with laminate floor, modern units, fridge freezer, dishwasher, etc. It has a large back garden and off street parking, two modern bath/shower rooms, separate sitting room and all bedrooms have double beds.  

 

If you have friends looking for a house nearby we also have a house for six two doors away.

 

 

£130 x 5 per week including bills and unlimited WiFi

It was largely redecorated in a few years ago with laminate flooring throughout and has a large modern kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, etc. It has a large back garden and off street parking for several cars, two shower rooms, separate sitting room with laminate floor with patio doors onto the garden. New bathroom in July 2013.
